All aspects of gas repairs and installations need to be attended to by a licensed gas plumber for both personal safety and by law.

I have a faulty gas stove/cooktop, what should I do?
If you can smell gas coming from your appliance you may have a gas leak. Turn off your gas at the gas meter box and call Browns Plumbing immediately. If it is just not working properly, call us also and we can come out and repair the problem for you.
I have received a large gas bill that cannot be explained – what could cause this?
You may have a gas leak in your gas line. Call Browns Plumbing and we will pressure test your gas line, locate and fix the leak.
I have an old gas line that needs upgrading, is this something you do?
