We have over 30 years of experience in providing plumbing needs to rental properties. There are currently over 50 real estate agencies that use Browns Plumbing as their preferred plumber. All of our plumbers have current police clearance certificates and are employees covered by the Browns Plumbing public liability insurance.
Our full time office staff process and prioritise all work orders and schedule appointments with tenants. We have an emergency job scheduler, so if the work is urgent, it will be scheduled for attendance the same day.
Our plumbers have great communication skills and work with the property managers keeping them up to date at all times. They follow only property manager instructions and any extra work requested by tenants or that needs to be done is always authorised by property managers before proceeding. We work within budget and are time and cost efficient, which avoids having to explain large plumbing bills to owners. Our plumbers take pride in cleaning up after themselves and ensure minimal disruption for the tenants.
We can also provide before and after photos, reports and quotes on any further work that may be necessary in the future. We understand the importance of maintenance on investments properties without the need and cost of unnecessary plumbing work.
